We are having some fun and getting creative by turning the Thanksgiving meal into a soup. We start by roasting turkeys, pulling the meat, and then using the bones for stock. Then we add two other classic elements of Thanksgiving dinner - mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes - by adding gold potatoes and milk, and diced sweet potatoes. Serve this with crusty bread and top it with dried cranberries, or even cranberry sauce.
