We couldn't be happier that strawberry and rhubarb seasons fall over the same time period. These two flavors combine for a refreshing, tart and wonderfully light soup. Garnish with torn mint and basil, and a dollop of black pepper sour cream. It's a great way to start a meal, or to enjoy alone for a lighter summer meal.
