Contrary to popular belief, Italian Wedding soup doesn't celebrate the nuptials of two humans. Rather, it's the marriage of two broths, one meat, and the other the broth that results from cooking hearty greens. Ingredients: Pork sausage, osso bucco, prosciutto, pancetta, endive, dandelion greens, escarole, kale, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper and olive oil

Garnish with: We recommend adding Pecorino for an increased umami factor, and vinegar to brighten the soup up.
