Chef Dave cooked up the idea for this soup after visiting the farmers market one spring day and saw a bounty of greens. It’s based on the tradition of Greeks who live in the countryside turning hearty, bitter greens into flavorful and nourishing dishes. Our Greek Greens soup is simply a variety of greens simmered with lots of olive oil and lemon and finished with orzo. Nutrient-rich, flavorful, comforting.
