We could not let summer pass without making this seasonal favorite. With a base of corn stock, our Corn Chowder captures the essence sweet corn season. We add milk to make it a traditional chowder, but as always when we use dairy, we use it sparingly. This soup can be topped so many ways! Diced jalapeño, crumbled cornbread, sour cream - whatever your heart desires!
