Coconut Parsnip Soup

Another simple and light yet rich soup. Peeled parnsips are roasted in virgin coconut oil with onions and garlic to draw out their natural sweetness. We then simmer all the vegetables before pureeing and finishing with coconut milk. 

Vegan. Gluten Free.
