I started Good Stock because I was tired of eating soup that was typically average at best. Why couldn’t I find soup that was convenient and delicious? What were all the artificial ingredients and preservatives in these soups? Why were these soups loaded with sodium, yet still needed salt to make it palatable? When I couldn’t find answers to these questions, I got to cooking, and Good Stock was born.
