We’re Good Stock, a modern soup company that does things the old-fashioned way. Our mission is to spread good feelings through good soup. Here’s how we do that with Stock Up, our soup-shipping business.
Stock Up is the way to get NYC's best soups whenever you want, wherever you want. We cook, freeze, and them ship the soups straight to you.
To place an order, visit our Stock Up menu and just checkout.
Freezing our soup immediately after cooking means we don’t need to add anything to it to try to extend shelf life. We never use any artificial ingredients, stabilizers, preservatives, or additives. If you can’t find it in your cupboard at home, you won’t find it in our soup.
Freezing our soup also allows us to lock in all the freshness and flavor. From our kitchen to your stove, your soup will taste just as we want it to - great.
Finally, freezing also takes the stress out of the shipping and receiving process. It also means you don’t need to feel compelled to enjoy your soups immediately or throw them out. Each soup will last up to 6 months in the your freezer (not that you’ll be able to wait that long).
Each soup is one pint, which is 16oz. That's typically one large portion, or two appetizer-sized portions.
The current order minimum is 6 pints.
We currently deliver to the 48 contiguous states in the US. You can view our shipping map here, which has estimated times for delivery as well.
We are working to expand shipping to Alaska and Hawaii!
Your soups should ship 2-3 business days after you order, and then arrive 1-2 days after the shipping date. Holidays or extreme weather may affect shipping and processing times.
You will receive an email when your order is shipped, and also when it's successfully delivered.
We ship in insulated packaging that is designed to keep soup at least semi-frozen for up to 5 days after it leaves our kitchen. Therefore, there is no need to be at home or the office, waiting for your delivery.
In the case of a not-so-frozen soup, have no fear! Our frozen soup is made to thaw. As long as the soup is still cold, you can re-freeze or stick in the fridge for a quicker reheat. Soup in your fridge is good for up to 5 days.

Yes! In fact, we recommend that you place your soups in the freezer, where they will be good for up to 6 months. That way, there's no concern about the soups going bad in your refrigerator if you don't eat them within 5 days. Not that you'll be able to wait that long!
Nope! You are free to order whenever you’d like. No frustrating commitments here.
Good news, subscriptions are available! We currently offer 1 week, 2 week or 4 week intervals. All subscriptions receive a 10% discount.
For the planner: Simply move your soup from the freezer to the fridge the night before or morning you plan to eat it. Don’t worry, it’ll be good in the fridge for another 5 days at least. When you are ready to reheat, place soup on the stove on low heat, stirring occasionally until hot. You can also use the microwave for 30 second increments, stirring in-between.
For the rest of us: Soup still frozen solid? Run warm water over the container until sightly thawed, enough to slip the frozen block into a pot. Cover over low heat, stirring occasionally to make sure the soup is not sticking. This can take anywhere from 10-20 minutes.

We only use high-quality, all-natural ingredients. We never use preservatives or additives. If you wouldn’t find it in your cupboard, you won’t find it in our soup.
We list ALL of our ingredients on our website. If you are allergic to something, please reference the soup overview of the soup you are interested in. Still not sure? Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We take food safety and cross contamination very, very seriously. While nuts are not used in any of our regular soups, there are times that a featured soup may include a nut.
