Fried Chicken & Andouille Gumbo

One the reasons Good Stock was even started. Founder Ben LeBlanc missed the gumbo from his Louisiana home, so he set out to create not only New York City’s best gumbo, but one that could stand up to any gumbo from back home. We’re biased, but we think we’ve done just that. The dark roux adds depth, and the sausage and spices bring a little heat, but not too much. We recommend serving it over hot rice, or you could do like some Cajuns do and serve it over potato salad.
