How does Good Stock's Home Delivery work?
Currently, we deliver every two weeks. Menus are released every other Monday, and orders are due that Thursday by 5 pm. We will then deliver your soup the following Monday from around 4-7pm. To place an order, visit https://www.goodstocksoups.com/home-delivery.
How do I receive the new menu?
You can sign up for our Home Delivery email list below, or simply check the website.
How many soups can I choose from?
We offer a total of nine soups to choose from for home delivery. Five of these offerings are constant, and four will rotate every two weeks based on seasonality, ingredient availability, our mood that week, etc.
The five constants are Roasted Tomato Soup, Short Rib Chili, Chicken & Vegetable Soup, Bone Broth, and Chicken Stock.
Where do you deliver?
Currently, we offer home delivery in Manhattan and Brooklyn. We are working to expand to the rest of New York City soon.
How is the soup delivered?
We deliver our soup frozen. This way, we can lock in the freshness and flavor immediately after cooking. From our kitchen to your stove, it’ll taste just the way we want it. It also takes some of the stress out of the delivery and storing process. If you’re not home to receive your soups, have no fear - they’ll still be good to go when you finally get them. And if you’re worried about having it in the fridge and wondering “Oh no, do I need to eat it today or not?”, simply place them in the freezer when you get them and they’ll be good for months (Not that you’ll be able to resist eating them for that long!).
Do I have to subscribe to order?
Nope! You are free to order whatever you like, whenever you like. No frustrating commitments here.
But I love Good Stock and want a subscription option!

What sizes do you offer?
We offer pints and quarts! Pints are perfect for taking to work, the solo souper, or for households that can’t agree on what to have for dinner!
How often do you deliver?
We deliver every two weeks.
What is the order minimum?
The minimum for delivery is $45. That’s about 3 quarts or 5 pints of soup.
When are orders due?
Orders are due the Thursday before delivery date at 5pm.
How should I reheat my soup?
For the planner: Simply move your soup from the freezer to the fridge the night or morning before you plan on eating it. Don’t worry, it’ll be good in the fridge for another 5 days at least.
In a rush and the soup is frozen solid? Just run warm water over the container until sightly thawed.
When it’s time to reheat, place the soup in a pot on the stove over low heat. Cover the pot and stir occasionally to make sure the soup is not sticking. This process can take anywhere from 10-20 minutes.
It’s important to go low and slow to prevent burning. We know you’re hungry, but we promise that it’s worth the wait!
