Our version of one of Mexico’s favorites soups. Toasted chiles and roasted tomatoes are pureed with chicken stock to form the base of this soup. We then simmer chickens in this chile-tomato-chicken stock until tender. One of our favorite parts about Tortilla Soup - the toppings! You can garnish your soup with shredded Oaxacan cheese, tortilla strips, torn cilantro, diced avocado, but we always recommend finishing with a squeeze of lime.
