This soup is a delicately delicious treat. Hints of the ocean meet hints of sweetness and a little spice from the green curry paste. Jumbo lump crab meat and halibut, the namesake of the dish, combine with many diced vegetables for a hearty soup. We recommend serving this over jasmine rice, and topping with any combination of Thai basil, cilantro, scallions, chopped roasted peanuts, and crispy shallots.
