This is a classic Thai soup with a light and flavorful broth studded with fresh vegetables and pork meatballs as well. This soup is inspired by Harold Dieterle's Kin Shop, one of our all-time favorite restaurants in NYC. We missed it so much that we had to make it ourselves! We think this version does it justice.
