We love serving a Wedge Salad next to our Potato Leek Soup, possibly because we think they share a common characteristic: they're healthy and good for you overall, but they're fun enough to really enjoy eating too.
Another bonus: the crisped bacon for the salad is a perfect topping for the soup.
