Our pop-up next Saturday might just be our funkiest one yet. With this combination of food, music, and drinks, all kinds of awesome are going to happen at our favorite Greenpoint bar, The Diamond. We’ll be serving two of our summer staples, Creole Jambalaya and Gazpacho, but we're also breaking out something brand new - Andouille Sliders.
We’re going to griddle Fleisher’s andouille patties and serve them on Martin’s Potato Rolls with pickled cucumbers and Zatarain’s Creole Mustard. We’ve been working on them for a while, and are really excited to bust them out.
For the tunes, Yostee Velez & The Loose Ends are going to be covering Ween. Here’s a great jam to get you in the mood. Finally, in addition to The Diamond’s regularly great selection of beer and wine, Brooklyn Brewery is bringing a couple of coolers of their Summer Ale. In cans (in true Louisiana fashion) and ice cold, this beer is a perfect match for our food on a hot summer day.
So come to The Diamond next Saturday for a great day of eating, drinking, and Voodoo-Ladying.
